Our pizza is prepared following the tradition of Naples; actually our pizza-maker Beppe is a true Neapolitan. The dough of our pizzas is made of double zero flour, leavened up to 48 hours, of hand-cut mozzarella ‘fior di latte’, of true and not blended peeled tomatoes San Marzano and the extra-virgin olive oil from the Paganelli mill located in Sant’Arcangelo di Romagna, a city not far from here.
