ALLIANCE AMONG SLOW FOOD’S COOKS
The Alliance is an international network of chefs who are committed to enhancing the products of the Presidia , the Ark of Taste and small local productions “good, clean and fair”, safeguarding food biodiversity endengering extinction and increasing visibility and right value to the producers they are supplied by.
The project of the Presidia raised to protect small quality productions made according to traditional practices by farmers, fishermen, butchers, shepherds, cheese makers, bakers and winemakers. It is a concrete model based on the quality and recovery of traditional knowledge. They save good products and strengthen local economies.
ARK OF TASTE
The Ark of Taste is a catalog of products that belong to the culture and traditions of the whole world which may die out.
