COOKING CLASSES WITH OUR SFOGLINES
Cooking classes with our sfoglines, the local women making pasta
Our cooking classes are organized for small groups, from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 10 people. In this way we can teach you, step by step, the recipes and the secrets of our cooking, to help you learn more about every product of our land. You will prepare by hand your lunch, which will be served at the end of the class, in addition to some local cured meats and cheeses, water, coffee and wine.
The class takes place in the morning from 10 to 12 AM.
During the cooking class we will realize:
Preparation and dough
Cutting of ‘cappelletti’ and ‘tagliatelle’ pastas
Preparation of ‘cappelletti’ filling
Preparation of the ‘ragout’ pasta sauce (vegetarian formula with vegetable sauce)
Preparation of the true Piadina Romagnola
Cooking class and lunch: € 75.00 per person.
